When it was just Jeff and I in the workshop everyday it wasn’t a big deal to spend a little money on ourselves for lunch… Then we opened a store, added some employees, and an intern, and found ourselves spending way too much money treating the troops to lunch.
Thanks to our Lean Mean Grilling Machine we now make all our lunches.
We save money and it brings all the employees together for what we have deemed ‘Family Time.’
Here is one of Jeff’s amazing lunch time concoctions, and a favorite of the troops… Grilled Roast Beef with Havarti Cheese and Balsamic Viniger. AMAZING!!!!
Jeff and I stayed late into the night to paint a new red trim around the top of the NYC store. Soon we’ll be adding some awesome yellow vinyl detailng to complete the new look.
Meet our new intern, Palmer. He just turned 20 and we surprised him with a birthday cake from Baskin Robins. He was truely surprised. We really care about all the people we work with. I wish I was as confident as Palmer when I was his age.
Great Scott! While Jon was trying to find Doc back in 1985 he came across bundle of his t-shirt time capsules. With so little space in the DeLorean Jon can’t keep them all. Now is your chance to purchase a piece of Jon Wye t-shirt history and maybe even help find Doc.
* * *
Here’s how the t-shirt time capsule works:
First, choose from either the small or large Men’s or Women’s bundle option.
Then select your t-shirt size.
Once chosen, we’ll send you a random selection of t-shirts from Jon Wye’s personal historical t-shirt archives.
Small Bundle: 3 t-shirts for $30
Large Bundle: 6 t-shirts for $50
Most of the Jon Wye t-shirts are limited prints and they are bound to go fast!
My friend David William, and one of the artists in my line, posted this, with the promise that it will make your life 300% better . I’ve watched most of it and it’s already at 259% and rising.
Have a good day kids! Today I am in the NYC store designing three new t-shirts.
Even though I’ve opened a store in NYC I still come to Eastern Market, where I got my start. Eastern Market is the best farmers market around and heavily supported by the locals. Behold the cart I built to make going to the market easier. We wheel it in and we’re practically set up.
This made me feel awesome about the world. I know not everyone has the best living or family situation, but we’re all human and all have the potential for such greatness. Despite how we all start out, many more of us would ‘make it’ if we start our day like this little girl.
Meet Prosperite, the patron saint of our Eastern Market stand. We found him one day in the rain and gave him a home. His head was half missing but we love him anyway. He has returned that kindness with many good sales days at Eastern Market.
This photo was taken by Diana. A new friend I made at the Eastern Market.
My friend, John Paul, of the clothing company Fuzzy Ink, stopped by my new (first) NYC store to say ‘HI’ and hang for the day before heading north for another show. Fitting with the theme John brought his own air mattress, barely fitting it in our small room
